CartNudge Terms of Service
These terms govern a merchant's use of CartNudge, operated by Jaat Company. By installing or using the app, the merchant agrees to these terms and Shopify's applicable terms.
Service
The app provides configurable storefront cart drawer functionality. Merchants are responsible for reviewing their settings, activating the theme app embed, and testing the result on their published theme before making it available to shoppers.
Merchant responsibilities
- Use truthful cart, shipping, discount, and promotional claims.
- Honor offers and policies displayed to shoppers.
- Maintain a compatible Shopify store and supported theme.
- Comply with consumer, privacy, tax, and ecommerce laws.
Fees
The launch version is provided free of charge. If paid features are introduced later, pricing and approval will be shown clearly through Shopify before any charge is created.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the app to improve security, compatibility, or functionality. Material changes to these terms will be reflected by an updated effective date.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. The merchant remains responsible for storefront claims, conversion decisions, theme compatibility, orders, and customer relationships. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Termination
Merchants may stop using the service by uninstalling the app. We may restrict service for abuse, security risk, or violation of these terms.
